YAY, a cool funky card from bmccasland, the recipe on the reverse of the card sounds good but I don't think I have ever seen crawfish tails over here......

    Cheers guys.

You can substitute shrimp, and it's just as good. It is tradtional to season to taste with Tabasco (made in New Iberia, Louisiana).

The cards are starting to come in..Of course, Nomummytummy's arrived first. A home made one from Five one..how cool and thoughtful is that? Mama Bean sent a biking related card, took me a minute to realize the chains were making a snowman..(ok-it was a long day after decorating the house) and Deb G wrote a thank you for letting her be in on the exchange..its open to one and all and I should reply to her a thank you for participating! Bmccasland's card with a recipe took me back to my brother, he loved New Orleans, lived there for a couple of years. Makbikes card was too adorable, I also have a black & white. I enjoy doing the card exchange, what a great opportunity to say hi, happy holidays to all the wonderful people on this board.

    I love the Holiday cards!

For the past 3 weeks I've received cards from all over the world, including New Zealand. It is so much fun anticipating the cards, wondering who sent them, where the cards travelled from to get to my house . . what a wonderful idea!

I've also been sending out holiday cards this past week. I enjoy writing the cards, addressing them to someone else in the world who has a common interest in biking as I do, someone whom I'll never meet. It's a small world isn't it?

I've only been on this forum for a few months yet it has been both fun and educational (in terms of biking). I don't know who originally thought of this holiday gift card idea but my kudos to you. My hope is that this activity is continued every year.

    Enjoy the day,

Thumbs up Wheewww.. International ones are in the mail!

A bit behind, but hey I got them in the mail! I was most worried about the ones going over the pond, through the woods, and down under.
I'll get the ones going to the US adresses out tomorrow.

I have to say that until the one lone card I recieved from a friend on saturday- ALL of the cards I've received so far have been from my TE friends! And yes, I get huge smile every time I open one!

Again, I must say "Thank You" for the great holiday greetings I'm discovering each day in my mailbox. It is a pleasure to open the door to my box and find cards from TE friends. They always bring a smile to my weary face and lift my spirits. Thanks again for the holiday cheer ladies!

    I got 3 cards yesterday! I think I'm up to a total of 6 or 7 now.

My "holiday" card will be going out after the first of the year so I apologize for my lateness.

Thank you all that have sent cards so far!

Wow so many cards have arrived. It's so exciting every day for the last week or so there is another neat card in the post box. Yesterday there were 4!

Thankyou to TE. What a lovely addition to the Chrissy lead up.

Part of my list will get theirs later rather than now. I'll finish them up by next week hopefully I have a new strange shift at work (most of my quality personal stuff I can get done at work but not so much now) and it was finals in school. I'm finally done though!!!

I am so amazed by all the cards. There have been so many beautiful ones and I am always so envious of people who can actually make them. Even DH is getting into this and he's displaying them in our family room!

I have just one question about the card I sent... Did the button presents survive the mail??
I was concerned about that, and I'd like to know for future reference..
