People who live up river. Oh the things on water quality - like the fact that the meds we take are not completely utilized by our bodies, and apparently survive the sewage treatment plants, so wind up in rivers and streams; one of the suspects in the reduction of fish fecundity. Or the fertilizers that run off from midwestern farms, get in the river, and cause the algae bloom (red tide) that then becomes the Dead Zone in the Gulf.
