Sierra Trading Post advertises that is sells overstocks, closeouts, and seconds. You are unlikely to get anything from 2007's line this year.

That said....I once ordered a pair of Hind bike shorts from Title 9. I really loved them and called them back to order a second pair - same catalog, same order number. Different shorts came! They were still really nice. Just different.
