I like that explanation. I'm in a 3 family that's over 120 years old. This morning I stepped on and it was 124.4. Stepped off, then back on and it was 125.6!How did I gain 1lb in 10 seconds? My scale also seems to be unreliable. It tends to give the same reading for days on end and then will suddenly start jumping around. There's a scale at work that I think I'll hop on after I work out tonight. I will confess to a bit of emotional eating last night when I found out a very good friend was in hospice. Fortunately there was only about a scoop of the low-fat ice cream left, but I doused it in Hershey's. This kind of scares me into wanting to really, really take care of myself, but I'm also getting that "what's the point?" feeling. I'm sure it'll pass.
