how do you store your bikes?

Keep my 3 bikes in the garage using these to keep them from falling over, and since they are wheels the bikes can be shuffled a bit.
I love some of the beautiful wall art/bikes, though. Great photos of very neat living quarters for your bikes!

Our system is similar to Bouncy Bouncy's - we have 4 bikes hung on rubberized covered hooks that hang from the ceiling in the garage. Just one hook per bike on the ceiling and the rest of the bike just rests against the wall.

Of course, we have more than 4 bikes, so the rest of the bikes are in our storage area under our house resting up against boxes and all the other stuff that is in storage, you know, like christmas ornaments, barbeque grills, etc.

We're re-working how we store our bikes because we just moved to a house where we can have all the bikes in the garage. The road bikes, the BOB trailers, and maybe the tandem will be on wall hooks. We're considering the Rubbermaid rack/hook system because we can adjust the width between bikes as we buy/sell new ones with different width requirements.

Anything with suspension will be stored upright on the floor with either store-bought metal racks or a homemade wood rack that just takes the rear tires. Suspension doesn't like to be hung. It isn't designed to bear weight in an extended position.

Ours is very similar to SK's...except it's from Sears.

The wall studs in the available walls in our garage were not in the right place to hang multiple bikes. So we got this track system with a gift card we'd gotten for Christmas. It works well. We use the 'wheelbarrow' hook in the photo below for the two mountain bikes (hung by handlebars) and we have plain hooks that we use for the road/touring/retro bikes. They slide laterally, so you can accomodate multiple sizes of bikes. You can also get baskets and stuff to store gear...
