    books

I'm currently re-reading "Going Long" by Joe Friel & Gordon Byrn. Now that IMFL is on the table I need to figure out how I'm going to get it done.

Sally Edwards has some good books for women too, "The Complete Book of Triathlons" and "Triathlons for Women."

Joe Friel, The Triathlon Training Bible; covers everything from pure beginner to setting up a training plan for elite racers at all distances. And...as a gift package, the book plus a membership to a local triathlon club would be a great combo
