Congratulations on your new bike. When I went from an aluminum to an all carbon bike I was hoping to be faster too. But I soon realized that the bike still had the same engine...me. I was a little bit faster, but not much. But the bike was so much more enjoyable to ride. Here's hoping you're faster and that the ride is sweeter.

I'm not happy at the moment - I can't get my computer to recognize my camera. I so want to show off my beautiful new sleek bike -da** technology
But here is some information on my new addition
triple (50-39-30)
10 speed (25-12)
20 lbs (feels a lot lighter to me)
nice, very nice
49 cm
pearl white with silver/black accents
taking it out for a spin or two tomorrow. Almost wish I had not committed to something on Sunday for I would spend the day riding but I must keep my word.
if i ever figure out what the problem is with my computer i promise i'll post a photo or two of my beautiful new, awsome, sleek, elegant, i could keep going up i'll refrain, bicycle.Marcie

I've fallen in love with this beautiful machine. I am amazed that how light (21 lbs) and responsive this bike is. It is going to be a joy to ride and in return I know I'll have many wonderful days atop it.
As you can tell by the picture I should have stayed home today and cleaned my yard but I had more important things to do!Marcie
