Hey - 'cross is supposed to hurt . I'm proud of you for not quitting - DFL is WAY better than DNF.

My HR graph always looks like a plateau at a 'cross race - usually at about 90 - 95% of max! This will defintely not kill you. A bruise here and there maybe, but definitely no dying .
