Hi girls! I'm working on some new coaching programs for 2008 and some of these will be focused on duathlon and triathlon. I'd love to compare my concept with other programs throughout the country.
Specifically, I'm interested in seeing organized group training programs that include both on-bike and track/running trainings.
If you participated in a program like this and would feel comfortable sharing some information with me, please PM me (or just email me at Lorri@velogirls.com).
Also, if you wouldn't mind send the URL for any programs you know (or posting it here), that would be great!
Thanks in advance,
Lorri

I am not referring to online training programs. I'm interested in organized group training programs -- ie a group that meets x times/week for x # of weeks and trains together with coached workouts.
If we weren't in the middle of real estate h3ll (self-imposed and short term), I'd be joining this group this winter. Just looks like fun, sorta, maybe . . .![]()

SK, did you move to Bend?
Michelle, thanks! The TBF program is one I found. Have you participated in it?

Lorri, I am now officially 'round the Bend.Hubby retires at the end of the year and in August we stumbled across a house we liked up here. In order to get the CA house cleared out, repainted, carpeted and on the market, Izaak the Wonder Poodle and I have both been "de-cluttered" to Oregon.
Neither one of us were born in CA and knew a long time ago that we weren't staying there.

Lorri,
I just did a 4 week road bike skills clinic with them (Saturday mornings) when I was first starting out. It was very basic, but got me started and interested in pursuing cycling further. I have no desire to do triathlons, but I heard great things about that part of their program.
