I started feeling a cold coming on last week, so I didn't do my normal early morning trainer rides for several days. But the cold never amounted to much of anything, so I did a short flat 20 miler yesterday. I seem okay today, so I hope to get back on track with my usual workouts. And get a ride in today since I off work for the holiday.
Starting weight - 136.2 (I didn't put the fraction in my initial post)
Today - 134.8
Until I get down five pounds and don't regain them, I won't be sure I've actually lost real weight or am just fluctuating with water weight.
Keep up the good work everyone. If I can get through the holidays without gaining, I'll be happy. But if I can actually lose, well, that will icing on the cake...uh...so to speak
