I know, it sucks. But at that point I was just happy to be eating SOMETHING without getting nauseous that I didn't really care what it was.

At least I kept away from the donuts.

My lack of will power these days is pathetic! I was doing so well yesterday. Had a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner, went for a wonderful bike ride . . . then on my home from the store last night I bought a small waffle cone blizzard.

I used to have such great will power when it came to food but lately I just give in to my sad evil sugar junky voice! Arrgh!

I had a great day yesterday. No snacking at all. Last night when I got hungry I had a big cup of diet hot chocolate. That satisfied me. The key for me on weekends is to stay busy. I was so busy yesterday I didn't think about snacking.

Oh yeah, forgot to add, today we are having an early Thanksgiving lunch with my hubby's side of the family. Then afterwards birthday cake and ice cream for my MIL's 91 birthday.

    Weighing in on Sundays:

This morning's weight - down .6 lbs to 170.4. I'll take it. It's important for me to track the exact weight; when I posted my original weight, I posted a rounded number (I forgot how happy a reduction of .2 or .4 could make me).

I managed to work out 1 time this week and have been trying to eat a little more even though my mouth still has some sensitive areas.

Thanks for the ideas on soup and yogurt. One day I was so frustrated and hungry, I ate vegetarian chili for breakfast and lunch It worked though. My stomach and mouth/teeth were happy.

Nothing wrong with soup for breakfast! At least you got your veggies in. I hope your mouth feels better soon.

I did well yesterday. It was windy and a little rainy but I went on my ride anyway. Boy was it windy! I ended up doing 40 miles and had a huge Spanish omelet for lunch and an apple on my way to work. At work I had a SF latte. Supper wasn't so great but could have been much worse. I stopped at Wal-Mart to pick up a few things and gave in to buffalo chicken chunks. I'm always starved after a hard ride and with the wind it was a hard ride!

I'm going to be very good today! Starting out with a bowl of GoLean Crunch and some coffee. I might go out for a short ride later.

Find that willpower girls! You can do this!!!

    Jumping in a week late?

    Hope I can tag along.

It's great reading other people's trials and triumphs, I can relate to both! (That pulled pork sandwich sounds pretty darned good . . .)

I've been off-again on-again on WW flex online. I'll get back on, and get this 170 down to the 155 it should be. Praise the Lard for Exercise Points--do a nice long bike ride, and that pulled pork sandwich is within reach. It's extra incentive to get on the bike.)

DH and I seem to be breaking up, or at least in a very nasty stretch, so this will be a good time to have something positive to focus on.

Well, overall I feel OK. I have been making better choices...salads, vegetables, avoiding the evils of my office temptations. We have great coffee and tons of high quality chocolates out all the time for clients. Also a fridge stocked full of my favorite soft drinks. It is HARD to be good there.

And, I got in a great workout in the gym yesterday. Upped my cardio and abs, and felt pretty good.

This might be TMI for some, quit reading now if you don't like personal info! But, this morning I woke up to my period, and that pleased me. Means that in a day or two, I know the scale will shift down as the water disappears! It also explains my outrageous cravings last night.

I had a dream about soft-serve ice cream cones dipped in molten hot fudge!

    Weekend's over.

Oh boy. Had a couple of friends coming for the weekend. Cleaned like a fiend all day Thursday and Friday. Had my regular work out on Friday morning. They arrived on Friday evening. The gal and I were planning on making hypertufa planters for my front porch. We needed 8 feet of them so it was going to be hard work. We worked really really hard for about 6 hours, then we all took a long walk around the downtown area. Then we went to the Italian place. I had eggplant parmigiana and it was damn good. I didn't regret it all.

More hypertufa this morning (we mixed 94 lbs of Portland cement with vermiculite, peat, topsoil, and perlite by hand). More hard work. More walking. Mexican food for lunch.

I have a feeling the hard work and walks will NOT offset the food. I'm feeling bloated and extremely sore and tired. If I've lost any, I'll be real surprised.

Well, yesterday was my 35th high school reunion, so I gave myself permission to not journal my food for the day and to just relax and have fun. It worked - I had a great time!

I know that I was WAY OVER what I usually eat, but I was okay with that. And the best part is that I got on the scale this morning and didn't gain any weight. WHEW!

I am now back on schedule today and staying accountable.

    Calories: 1340
    Exercise: 1 hour swimming
    Water: 64 ounces
    Vitamins/Supplements: Multivitamin, Calcium, Soy, Flaxseed
    Weight: 143

WOW has this thread taken off! I am absolutley swamped at work and haven't made any changes to the spreadsheet since I posted it originally. If anyone wants to maintain it let me know and I'll send it over. Overwise it may take me a bit to catch up.

My eating pretty much sucks. I'm coming off the Halloween sugar high and slowing getting back into it. I have been working out but not biking as much as I want. I rode the trainer for a half hour yesterday and about died from boredom! Cold or not I need to be outside.

At least today my son, dog and I went hiking down by the river and then my son and I went down to the pool for a couple hours of fun. I'm beat. Have a good night all and happy weigh in tomorrow!

Is it weigh in on Sundays? If so, I have not budged from my 121 every day this week but last Monday. I am anxious to get over this cold and start back running. Dh went for a ride without me today and I was so sorry I couldn't go...

Weighed in this morning and I didn't budge from last Thursday's weight...but for me, that's something. I'm usually heavier on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I'm fine with it and hoping to post a loss by Thursday.

Rode 50 miles with DH yesterday. It was my first ride in 2 weeks and I'm quite proud of myself for having accomplished it and for not being the slow one!

    Weekly weigh-in!

    Last Monday: 122
    Today: 120

I've been very good this past week except for last night. I have a big exam early this week and I've been stressed about studying for it, then over dinner last night I had a fight with my boyfriend, which upset me both in and of itself and because I knew it was going to make it hard for me to study... So I had a bowl of ice cream and too many nuts, both of which were definitely not in my plan... Arrrgh... Hopefully I didn't actually GAIN anything back, just stalled loss...
