yeah, it seems like in mountain biking in general, it's not as critical. I think it's because we move around so much on all mountain bikes, but on the road bike it's such a steady, constant movement.

my little road bike has never really fit properly. this year I bought the Ritchey Biomax bars in a 38 (my previous bars were 44 and my shoulders are only 36cm!), and the Saddleco Flow saddle. Both improved the ride A LOT, but I still get too sore for it to be fun.

We'll be out of town next weekend and will hit a Kelowna bike shop for a road shop fit. That should help a lot. I was really thrilled, though, when DH told me he'd read about this guy and suggested next year a road trip to Colorado to get properly fit!!!! That would be the coolest holiday ever! Especially if there's anyone from Team Estrogen to go for a ride with, once we're there!

if only we didn't need to work for a living...I'd be there this week!

    Namaste,

    oops

DH has such a better memory for detail than I do. He wants to get our Mountain Bikes fitted. how cool is that?? Guess the road bikes will do with the shop fit....our real babies get the professional treatment. Yahoo!!!

    Namaste,
