I've been at a conference all week and this is the first time I'm seeing this. I don't know if I can lose 10 pounds (I don't think that'd bring me to a healthy weight on my frame), but I definitely want more accountability for what I eat and how much I exercise. In January of 2004 I was fresh out of college working my first real job and weighing an unhealthy 160lbs on my 5'-1" body. I joined WW online and lost 30lbs just by dieting. I've kept that weight off and this summer, thanks to my new-found love of cycling, I've managed to lose another 5 and probably be the most "fit" I've ever been. But I have a long way to go. I'd love to lose that stubborn pouch on my stomach, to tone my arms up, and lose some more of the rearI haven't weighed myself in a week, but it was 123.6 then and I doubt it's changed much. Don't have home internet, so the earliest I can report in is next Tuesday. I'm having a housewarming on Sunday, so I'll have to be good and exercise lots during this 3-day weekend! It feels good to be motivated again!
