WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - 7 Weeks-10#'s

No worries. It's a post-production company -- video editing, audio (that's what I do), film transfer, graphics, interactive stuff. Our clients are tv producers, ad agency folks, creative types. It's cheaper for us to have lunch served here than to shut down our sessions and have everyone leave the building for lunch. Great for our clients, good for the company's bottom line (our rooms are billed by the hour, so if we leave the building for a two-hour lunch, that's two hours we're not billing!) but lousy for the employee's waistlines. Today was white-chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I'm sticking with fresh pineapple and apricots, but the cookies are gonna be out there all day.
