I I just learned how to eat the right number of points and still didn't make the best food choices for myself.
Weigh-in for beginning of this week - 171. My goal is 10 lbs at a time.

Hey, I did the same thing as you with WW the first time. Learn how to stay in range eating naughty foods. Knowing this though, gives me power to change my choices. I don't have to make the same mistakes twice. I am glad you decided to join us! How did you do?
