    Not sure if anyone else posted this, but this website is amazing and free for logging food and activity. It also provides grades for the foods you eat as well as an overall analysis of your eating for the day. Plus the food library is HUGE compared to spark people.

    The Red Sox have put a weight clause in Curt Schilling's new contract. He gets $333,333 each time he maintains his weight at 3 weigh-ins next season.

    Now that's a diet that works for me!

    I was strong today and did not give into the fresh, warm chocolate chip cookie temptation. We will see how tonight goes

    Another good day for me. I love Reese's peanut butter cups. There were three of them sitting in front of me. I did not eat them.

    Today's meeting got out early so I got out on my bike for about an hour. The best part, I was able to hit the hills pretty hard and it did not irritate the knee at all.

    Hope everyone else had a good day as well. But if you give in to whatever tempts you - ten push ups please.

    Another good day for me too. Ate with a group tonight and everyone around me had chocolate cake and ice cream. I resisted. I didn't work in a bike ride today so I'm about to go get on the treadmill. I need a trainer for my bike.

    I'm doing well today. I did end up eating a single mini candy bar last night but was still within my calories for the day so it wasn't too bad. Better than the 5-6 I've been eating for the past few days.

    Today, I past up buying a pizza for dinner when I was tired and hungry and came home to make something more reasonable. Good girl. Off to input my food on sparkpeople now and see if I get a snack tonight.
