On an off note, I went to PetSmart yesterday for dog food for our three dogs, and they had a local no kill shelter there adopting dogs. I petted every one for a long time, then had to leave. Got in my car and just cried and cried. I love dogs so much, and it makes me so sad to see them just looking at you hoping they'll get to come home and run and play.
Don't worry about those dogs, they'll find homes and in the meantime they have foster caregivers like me. We give them a good place to live until they're adopted so they won't ever go back to a shelter
