He's adorable!!! How cute!
I'm looking forward to grandchildren also (but in my case I need to first have children... and that's not going to happen). Can you adopt grandchildren when you get older????Maybe there's a "rent-a-grandchild" program?

There are plenty of little kids in the world who could use a Grandma, especially one that is going to be around a long time. I say look into it.
I LOVE that costume! Is it homemade? (I love homemade costumes and have made many.)
Here's my little grandson on Halloween. He is an Elmo FREAK, although he's transitioning to Barney these days. He looks just like his father. He's 2-1/2.
I can tell by the chocolate ring around his mouth that he thinks this Halloween thing is the cat's pajamas!

He is precious Tuckerville!
Jack's costume was designed and handmade by his grandmother and great grandmother.![]()

Hmm, Jack in the box, how clever!

Cool kids!

I just talked to my DIL. She said the grandson totally FREAKED OUT when he saw the costume--screaming in fright--and she thought she'd have to put it up and stay home. Eventually he got distracted enough to put it on and they had a good night.
My youngest son said, "Wouldn't you freak out, too? I'll bet he thought his hero Elmo had been GUTTED!"
I think that's entirely within the realm of possibility in a 2 year-old's mind!
