A new Gunnar frame looks like about $750, and if the one you found for $450 doesn't quite fit... well, it'd be worth it to spend the extra to buy a new one that DOES fit.
By the time you get all the parts and pieces, and then pay a mechanic to put it all together, that extra $300 investment in a good fitting frame is a pretty minor price for happiness!
