I resorted to putting my bike on my trainer last week for my after work rides. Although I can ride backroads and use a light, I know I would not enjoy riding in the dark as I would be consentrating on cracks and what not in the rode ahead.

Put your bike in front of the tv, it turns out not to be so bad

    Hey Vmax...I feel your pain!

Can you run a few errands by bike after work? That helps me get my fill. Then get out there on the weekend and ride during the day if at all possible.

I invested in a great lighting system and commute by bike a few times a week. Can you do that?

"I rejoice every time I see a woman ride by on a bike. It gives her a feeling of self-reliance and independence the moment she takes her seat; and away she goes, the picture of untrammelled womanhood."
    Susan B. Anthony, 1896
