I'm finally feeling like I'm getting back into things. August was really, really cold, and September was overloaded with work. That's two months off, I'm afraid. Saturday I did about 30 miles (just under 50k), with a very nice 7 k climb. My mantra for the day: The only way to get into shape for something is to do it! Despite the painful climb, my average speed was still 21.6 k/hr--not far off my average in July.
