Sorry to hear that you are going through this. I'm 26 too, and I also struggle with depression and anxiety. I also ride alone and it can be hard to get motivated sometimes, like this morning - I'm arguing with both my husband AND sister, plus my job is stressing me out big time. It hasn't been a good week. Still, I know that once I get on my bike and get out of town, and stop wallowing, I'll feel better (and maybe more motivated to end the deep freeze).
Well I hope things get better for you, and keep riding. Exercise *always* helps and never makes you feel worse, at least in my experience.
