mausland: I encourage you to see a doctor since what you describe is classic symptoms of depression. Exercise is a natural remedy and I encourage you to push hard to overcome the urge to not exercise. Medication is also an option, but I understand that 30 minutes of aerobic exercise is the equivalent of an anti-depression medication.
It's sad, but I suspect that at one point in their life, 80% of the members of this forum have stuggled with exactly what faces you right now.
