No idea, but that Onix Dama is smokin' hot. Orbeas are super sexy!

Tricky web site - the word SPECIFICATIONS is a link, if you click it, it takes you to a specs page. There's no indication that its a link, it just looks like a heading with nothing underneath, not wonderful UI.

A word of warning (with the caveat that it only represents my subjective impressions, not any kind of hard data):

I was in my LBS recently to buy some miscellaneous biking accessories and was seduced to go over and pet the Orbeas, because they are SO sexy. I don't remember WHICH models I was looking at, but both were carbon and in the $4,000/$5,000 range. I lifted up the WSD Orbea, and the "men's" Orbea next to it. Even though the men's bike was a larger size, it was significantly lighter. So make sure you do your homework. They are gorgeous bikes though.

I just tried the Orbea Onix Dama. It is now one of my front-runners! It has semi-slack geometry; a similar feel to the Specialized Ruby (which seems to be VERY popular on this site). Orbeas are a tiny bit on the pricier side compared to equivalent bikes; and the Onix Dama is new as of July 2007 so you are unlikely to find a markdown anywhere; that is the downside.

Onix Dama. I assume you mean Onix Dama vs. the Diva, which is the flagship model.

The Onix Dama is going to be a GREAT bike. The Diva is going to be at least $1K more expensive. If you need a superlight bike and you have the money, hey, get the Diva. If haven't the latest and greatest bling isn't a priority for you, get the Onix Dama. By all means ride both models if you can before buying.

Lookswise, I prefer the Onix Dama.
