So I got my results...

I've done this race three times now, so I'll post the reulsts from all three races so you can see where I've come- or how I've slid... Last year was a bit skewed as they had to cancel the swim, so it was a short run. WAY SHORT!

And keep in mind in 2003 I weighed in at around 199 lbs. Last year was about 185 this year 170..

SWIM .46 mi

2003: 20:15
2006 - no swim
2007: 21:30 (YIPES!!!) That is HORRIBLE! But I'd like to say it was long like the run!

2003 4:14 (did I stop for brunch??)
2006 2:11 (no wetsuit to remove)
2007 3:24 (ugh!if they had peelers it woulda been faster! )

Run - SUPPOSE to be 3 miles, course was same in 03-06 but changed this year and was 3.2 on my GPS. So results are skewed

2007 33:17 (by my gps I hit 3 miles at 31:33 so I'm taking that)

So there ya go... And remember, I wasn't in top form. I felt like CRAP, so I think I get an extra few points for that!
