Just yell... "hey Tiger" and see how many turn around.

Salsa - you may consider inviting the neighbors so there's no one left to call the police when it gets noisy...

A big thanks to those of you who PMed offering to bring stuff. I hope it will amuse you to know that I do exactly the same thing: "Are you SURE I can't bring anything? My momma brought me up to bring stuff..." We're the total potluck generations, which in general I love. So if you would like to bring something extra, you're certainly welcome to do so--just know that we will be providing plenty of food. We just wanted to make it easy for folks to come, and didn't want people from out of town worrying about whipping up some scones in their hotel room, or whatever.

Um...expect to see some boxes and piles of stuff sprinkled about, since we are not 100% moved in (maybe by NEXT year...). And a couple of seriously cat-scratched chairs, and the like.
"My predominant feeling is one of gratitude. I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure." O. Sacks

Heh, I always feel like I should bring something. It just doesn't seem right NOT doing that!

And our furniture....and the kitty condo in our living room, is all scratched up. That and there are the surprise piles of kitty vomit. I woke up to that this morning.

I look forward to seeing everyone

I can't gaurantee good scones, but I sure know how to whip them up (might be embarrassed to have an acutal Scottish person taste them though.......)
