Mimi- I have built up some MAJOR muscles this year on my legs. Sadly, there is still a layer of fat on the surface that sort of disquises my wonderful new muscles.
Now I have to try to work on THAT so that I can actually SHOW OFF my muscly legs!
I don't think I'll be making any 4000 mile level in 2007 though Mimi. It's starting to get cold and our work is coming in faster, leaving me less time. I've already dropped from a 100 mile per week average all summer down to 70....
Plus my knee is hurting and I may do more fitness walking both to help my knee and to get some exercise in during bad biking weather.
