Snow?? We can't even get back down into the 70's where we should be this time of year.![]()
I did a two-mile easy run Tuesday morning. Planning three miles of tempo tomorrow. Hoping for a long run Sunday - skipped the Sunday run earlier this week because the IT band was acting up. I think it's getting there, though - still doing stretches like crazy and it's less and less of a problem.

) - so didn't get out. I have postponed my intervals until Tuesday when I am a little less tired but I so need to do them as my speed has dropped off - though I have become much better at keeping going up long hills.
