I weight train four days each week and ride my bike two or three. I usually Saturdays off each week with no exercise to let my body heal. There is definitely a balance for me between enough and too much exercise. Currently I'm riding between 20 and 25 miles each ride. I'm working on getting that up slowly. I don't want to shock my body and cause it to lose weight. This is the first time I have ever been able to ride my bike consistently and maintain my weight.* If I eat every three hours, I'm good. If I don't, I drop weight right away.
