Sorry, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I live near the Millbury section of the Blackstone trail that is suppose to go from Worcester to Providence and they built a couple of miles and then nothing. Rhode Island seems to be doing a better job on their end. It takes the state 3 years to fix a bridge here in town, (One still closed, others in dangerous disrepair) and don't even get me started on the money that leaks into the Boston Harbor, the Big SINK Hole. I just can't see this state getting its act together anytime soon.
