OK, I know I'm quoting myself but I made a lot of sense. What the hell was I thinking? There's no way I'm going to camp. I'm going to be a muffin, too.

One of my coworkers has done the C&O ride several times, so when he gets back in the office in a week or so I'll ask him about the logistics.

I've never noticed that. But sometimes I've kept myself awake at night.

You better figure out which way the wind is blowing before you decide that. We campers could always do sponge baths. And I may stop at a laundromat after 4 or 5 days, when I can't stand myself any longer.

There's always a swim in the river, if y'all get really stanky.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
