Mostly two days - 30-ish on Wednesday evenings (getting shorter as the days get shorter) and 40-60 on Saturdays. One day running, aerobics 3 to 5 days, try to do Pilates one day, not nearly enough strength training.
And yes, there are rest days in there, just not rigidly scheduled ones. I don't train that hard, so it mainly depends on how much impact I've been doing, or if I had an extra long ride.
