We ended up having a somewhat good outcome. The insurance didn't chose to total it since it was only (roll eyes) $9300 of damage. But we were able to salvage it and pay it off. Then we got a brand new Dodge Quad Cab with all the bells and whistles for $15,000 off. Payment is only $30 more than we were paying but we will have a payment longer than we would have with Gunther. So it wasn't a total losing situation for us but it would be nice if it had never happened.
