Quality programs that will give you excellent results. We bought ours from TE, the Cyclo-Core website is confusing, and if you sign up on the email list you'll get tons of offers. That said, the basic set is great, and you'll really see results. He knows his stuff, we sort of do our own plan, but have been very pleased,
Wanted to add something...
I haven't had a chance to check out the website, but the DVD's are definitely not a gimick. The workouts are a sound approach to off-season training. It's a well rounded program, particularly if you aren't into putting your own rotations together (like I am...which is why I choose other workouts more often).
