I'm not quite down or out. PT is helping and I've been putting in some painfree time on the trainer stand and although I'm not doing the Seagull I'm hoping to do some flat Eastern Shore riding on Saturday. Rosaryville is definitely out. Trail riding would probably be the best for me right now.
I'm still in for the Monument Ride and I'm up for the kayaking! We're still on for kayaking, right?
