Thanks, CC--John was wonderful, as you might expect. Sandie called him, and he arrived quickly. Stayed calmly and lovingly by my side until they got me settled into a room and gave me one more hit of morphine. His presence is so calming and theraputic for me. I'll miss him this weekend.
