You can definately contact Bacchetta, the Bacchetta boys are great to work with. Also, you could re-post this exactly as-is on the Bacchetta forum. If you don't want to register, I could do that on your behalf, but then answers would have to come through me and might be confusing.

The last Giro 20 I saw sold on BROL was $900, I think. The upgraded components probably aren't going to get you much. So, I think your LBS is probably close to right. I'd charge the buyer shipping, if you ship to someone, though.
Also, if selling is your plan and you don't have a buyer lined up, you can list it on BROL. BROL buyers are savvy, so they'd probably want lots of details on the upgrades and photos.

edit - I think you could actually ask maybe ~$1300, wheels are always great upgrades that people are looking for. But, that's just a guess on my part.
