KSH, The message was really info for anyone interested. I just directed it to Denise and Emily because they had responded to my prior post. I should have titled this differently. Sorry.

Are these your first clipless pedals? I had spd's and I feel I put much less effort when clipping with the Frogs in fact a slight press of my foot and I am clipped. Do you think your foot may not be aligned in the right spot? Sometimes I have to go by moving my foot around a bit and then it clips right in. I thought clipping out was too easy and ended up calling the 1-800 # for Speedplay and the guy was really nice in educating me about the pedals.
