    hmmm you can get custom cycling shoes made (Rocket 7's), but they are super expensive.
    Sidi makes a wide shoe (look for shoes with mega in their name), but they still may not be wide enough for your particular problem. Touring style shoes often have wide toe boxes, but again I'm not sure if they will work, but you can always try them. I have a pair of Shimano touring shoes that are quite wide.

    Super expensive hardly scratches the surface, but here's a thought- Since you have known problems with your feet, would it be possilbe to get a prescription for custom footwear and have insurance cover at least some of the cost?
