    Kirkland. I can let you know the exact route if you'd like torture! It would have been a good but difficult training ride. I know it went by Washington Technical College at one point. For the first 8 miles it was hill after hill with not much by way of downhill. In exchange, the final miles were ALL downhill but that was no consolation early on. It wouldn't be a bad training route, all roads appeared to have bike lanes and I bet traffic wouldn't be that bad.

    You go, you mountain/hill goat girls! So proud of you for getting another "notch" on the tri belt. Nice going! Sounds like the bike was killer. No fair putting all the hills at the front, but at least you got to rest the legs for a nanosecond before the run began (not much consolation then, tho ).
