    If swimming is not your strongest event then wear the wetsuit. Definitely wear the arm warmers. Don't worry about anything else. You'll be warm from the swim so the arm warmers should be enough unless there is a longer downhill in the early part of the ride.

    Arm warmers. Definatley arm warmers... You can always take them off if you get hot but the chill factor is there that's for sure. I wouldn't be suprised if you left them on for your run.
