    [QUOTE=mimitabby;244817]2 weeks, huh.

    2 weeks in the shop being built. I thought I was gonna die! I visited her so much that on a day when I wasn't going to stop in, I'd call to let them know that I hadn't been in some horrible accident. They'd worry, you know.

    Purrrr-ty!!

    I'm partial to Merckx frames (especially having met the man himself AND saw his top-of-the-line model up close ). I've always thought they were just beautiful, great bikes, and I can pretty confidently say that my next bike will be a Merckx (unless the fit is all wrong, etc.).

    Congrats, Red! Nice job...

    You've written the most seductive, enticing new bike report I've ever read! Do you write for a living?

    I think I need a cold shower!
    I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

    Ha! Thanks! No, I don't write, but I have read more Jennifer Crusie than I should admit to!

    It's easy to be inspired by her. She's soft-core bike porn.

    We're getting along so well. Feeling less like she's gonna dump me. I'll never look at another bike. She's the one!
