Running daddy works in Vegas a few days a week.... sigh..
I ended up limping up there on the mtn bike. I told the kids that my back went out, so we had to go super slow.
They all looked at me oddly when I explained that I was bending over pulling something out of the freezer..
But being such good kids they circled around me and rode really slow. I love my kids- even the ones that aren't mine. I'm lucky, we have some good kids around here.
And thanks for all the healing vibes. I'm trying to move around as much as possible. It seems to help if I keep moving.

Wow, you are an IronWoman!
The one and only time I had a back injury I looked like the stereotypical cartoon image of an old woman crossing the street (minus the shawl and bun) I could only walk if I was bent over and the only relief I got was laying on the floor with my legs up on a bench

So, are the kids making supper?
