Sage words indeed. Alas, I am my own worst enemy, thinking that I should be able to just do things a bit differently, but continue doing them. heh. I have heeded my coach (DH) and will not ride with the gang tonight, nor partake in the apres ride drinks and bar food. Indeed I'm sure that will be good medicine to avoid it! However, at home I will be working on my taxes as I have promised them to my accountant tomorrow night. yes, I am a procrastinator. yes, that probably adds to stress. Tonight I also need to put together a bit more material for the class I teach on Saturday. That should not take a long time. If I'm smart I'll also do yoga.

so this nothing that you do....how do you do it?? I need to be doing something to do nothing. the way I do that is to take pictures. http://ca.f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/picsie_chick
or ride my mountain bike. 2 things that insist that the brain is thinking of nothing else at the time. it seems this brain doesn't know how to do idle time otherwise....

any tips?
