She's awesome! I like the orange stripe too. I just got the same bike in a 2006 model a few days ago. I absolutely love it. Sometimes I just sit and stare at it

Have fun on your new ride...

Sundial, congrats! Gorgeous bike. And, um, if you've got Jada hanging out there, does that mean you're going to get visits from Will?

Um, yeah in a way. Hahahaha!!!!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I took her out on her maiden voyage today, a 45 mile ride. She is smooth and very quick! I really like the compact gearing and I may never go back to the triple. I went from '05 Tiagra to '08 105 components. Wow!!!! What a difference!! The shifting is so smooth and I don't have to deal with that triple crank moodiness.

Knotted, just for kicks I added a little bell that's the shape of a teapot and has kanji on the side of it.

So what is the gearing? Curious to know what size the small chainring is, and what size the largest cog is.

Pretty! My Giant is similarly colored, so if you need advice on orange stuff (tires, tape), just let me know!

    It's a 50x34.

Here's a picture of my teapot bell:

    Isn't it cute??
