Thanks for all the compliments on my bike and my family!

Yes - 3 1/2 and really fun! They are just little sponges right now, learning so fast!

Is that a Salsa guarantee? Then I need one.
Wow, thanks! I actually thought my legs look kind of pasty white with too much flab. Sometimes I am my own worst critic.

The seat is in and the pedals are *supposed* to be in today, so if I can make it to the bike store before closing, my bike will be complete! Then next month, I just have to finish paying for it...

Such a classic, smoooth lookin bike. Is the salsa a steel frame or another material? Enjoy many great miles with your new wheels.

Thanks for sharing your family pics. My twin boys are 35, but it seems not that long ago they were sweet 3 year olds. Cherish this time.

It's steel. I wanted something that would hold up to daily commuting, so steel seemed like the best bet.

I try to enjoy every stage - even the challenging ones. They just grow up so fast!

ETA: I s'pose I should mention that I got me pedals and seat today. Woohoo, finally complete! I love love love the Frogs! So much easier than the crap pedals I had before. And the Terry Firefly is awesome too. It has flames embroidered on it! I'll try to take another pic now that it's done.

Congratulations on your bike!!! It's beautiful - here's wishing you many happy miles together.

Just think what a great example you're setting for your "little sponges" - they'll have a lifetime of great habits from watching you
