Hey ladies! I just completed my tour from Canada to Mexico. I kept an online journal at www.crazyguyonabike. If anyone would like to read about the joys and pain, along with looking at some very nice pictures, feel free to click the link below. Enjoy!

    Thanks, Liz! What an adventure!

I loved this quote from the introduction: "It's time to not only understand my inner strengths but to celebrate them. I am not doing this tour and expecting my whole life to change, rather I want to change how I look at my own life."

I was wondering if you're reflecting on those inner strengths, now, on the other side of this journey? You've definitely got some inner strengths to celebrate!

Thanks, Blueskies! Yes, reflections...I have decided to wait until December to really sit down and write a page on what the trip has meant, how it has changed things, etc. I'll be sure to send out a bulletin when it's updated
