Starfish, thank you for the tips. I found I do better with gels, fig newtons, and water mixed with Elete in my CamelBak. I don't care for the Gatorade or Accelerade either. I tried to wait until I got back on the flats before refueling and waited 15 mintues before my next hill, but I still got sick feeling. I think I may have been too hot and that added to my woes.

I found I like the HammerGel in the espresso flavor.
