Just so you know, I played the classic instrumental "The Stripper" while I looked at these photos for my amusement.
You look great, Mista.
I'd thought about a kilt with that too. I tested the idea with my single-breasted jacket (roughly the same color as Mr. Silver's) and both my Army Class A's and Dress Blues. I checked it with both my UK and my Stewart tartan kilt.
All results were the same. I looked like a guy in a skirt suit. Jackets and kilts really only work together if the jacket is short.
Oh that made my morning! I LOVE it Mr. Silver!!!
And I do agree.... Nice work on the ol legs there!!!
But I must ask... What did Silver think of the photo shoot?? I'm sure Silver son, being a kid recoiled in horror. Well, I know mine would. Maybe yours is more evolved. But mine thinks that everything I do is embarrasing..![]()
WOW..Mr. Silver, very impressive! Congrats on your body transformation.
You look so......metropolitan and cool!!
Do you have a *before* pic?
Yo! I missed this yesterday.
Very nice!!! Mr. has always had VERY nice legs!!! But they look even better now with the fitness and cycling!!
On the kilt.....I might as well go ahead and say that I tried to order him a Utilikilt. But, I couldn't find his size. They are very specific about how to size and they don't have his length. So, it's not something that I can get him as a surprise. sorry, Mr.
Tomorrow is our 21 anniversary. Happy anniversary, Sweetie! Thanks for putting up with me for all these years......I love you!
SilverSon will not see these pictures!

The kilted one has a few other options.
1) USAKilts are a little more expensive than a Utilikilt but they look really nice and have a good reputation among kilt geeks. I have my eye on a US Army tartan semi-trad.
2) Sport Kilt My wife bought me one a few couple of years ago (Stewart Black). I'd suggest adding the sew-down pleats. It's a comfortable kilt, although light enough that I consider it a warm weather kilt. I'd considered the Boulder Kilt, but the pattern is sideways and it would drive me nuts. Sizing is a little easier. It's also relatively inexpensive.
3) Stillwater kilts makes nice ones too. I would also like the black watch standard. In terms of price, these fall between the sport kilt and the utilikilt.
A quick note. There is a good portion of the kilted gentry who insist a kilt is worn over the navel. I suppose it's probably true. If I did that, my kilts would come to my mid thigh (which would be half-way to making it a skirt) and my upper body would look 3" tall.
