    Brandi -- I know how you feel. Early in my career, I traveled overseas on trips that were no shorter than two weeks in duration (multiple countries each trip). We would fly out on Sundays (on our own time, of course) and then have to immediately go to the Embassy to start working. No recovery from jet lag allowed and we'd work 12 hour days. One particular trip to Romania was awful---the hotel was a pit, there were bullet holes in the curtains from the revolution, no shower curtain in the bathroom, and two of my traveling companions awful (one was a moody mean woman and the other, a socially backward engineer!). LOL. When I got back to the US, I wanted to kiss the ground!!

    Take heart---you'll be home soon.
